Coin Silver Porringer / Bowl by John Vernon
Early American coin silver porringer in Paul Revere manner by John Vernon circa 1800. John Vernon was the descendants of the remarkable Vernon family from the colonials in Rhode Island. Engraved along side of porringer "Presented by Mr. & Mrs. Peter Schemerhorn to Augusta A. Chauncey." Porringer measures 7.9 inches long and 1.2 inches tall. Bearing hallmarks as shown in images.
