Cut glass Blackinton Flask with sterling silver cap, circa 1920s. This elegant piece stands 5 1/2" high and 3 1/4" across, with a depth of 5". The total weight is 13.6 ounces. Hallmark as shown.
Founded in 1862 by Walter Ballou and Roswell Blackinton in Massachusetts, the original Blackinton trademark was used until around 1900. Their products have consisted mostly of sterling silver and 14 karat gold novelties, flatware, holloware and dresserware.
