Its silver purity of 0.950 (95% silver) is better than sterling (0.925). It was made by Eugene Lefebvre, a French silversmith active between 1896 and 1910 at the 14 rue des Minimes in Paris, France. It measures 10 1/2'' from handle to handle by 2 1/2'' in height, weighs 15.4 ozt, and bears hallmarks and an engraved monogram as shown.
